Through this experience, I realized the power of students working together for a cause. This inspired me to create the Ben Stelter School Fundraiser (BSSF), where kids raise money for kids, making a real difference in our community.
Throughout grade nine, I actively worked with my principal to build more student leadership opportunities around the school, such as establishing a student council.

In February 2023, I pitched and launched the BSSF at my school, raising $8,000. It became the biggest fundraiser in the school's history, inspiring me to expand it the following year. Today, the BSSF operates across multiple schools in November. Students in the three highest grades can apply to be student leaders for the fundraiser. Two

Today, the BSSF operates across multiple schools in November. Students in the three highest grades can apply to be student leaders for the fundraiser. Two student leaders are chosen from each school, and the winning school receives a visit from Connor McDavid, with the leaders receiving signed McDavid jerseys.

This experience sparked my interest in demand generation and led me to start Prospect Prime. At Prospect Prime, we offer affordable B2B demand generation services, including personalized email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven strategies. This venture has taught me a lot about marketing and helping businesses grow.
Alongside Prospect Prime, I launched GPT-Genius, an AI tutoring service where I teach both kids and adults about AI. This project has improved my skills in AI, running a business, and leading others. I enjoy making advanced technology easy to understand for everyone.
Running these ventures has shown me how important leadership skills are in business. Leading these projects has taught me how to inspire and guide a team, manage tasks, and achieve goals. The skills I learned from student leadership directly help me in my business efforts, proving that good leadership is essential in all areas of life.
