Finals can be one of the most stressful aspects of high school.
For me, they’ve always been a challenge. I’ve never been naturally excellent at school, especially when it comes to memorization. But over time, I’ve learned to focus on understanding my strengths and weaknesses instead of letting the pressure define me.
It’s no secret that finals bring out a lot of stress for students. The pressure to perform well, the hours of studying, and the fear of not meeting expectations can feel overwhelming. But here’s what I’ve realized: stressing too much only makes things harder. Staying calm and focused, putting in the effort, and taking breaks to recharge are just as important as the studying itself.
At the end of the day, it’s crucial to remember that a number doesn’t define your intelligence or worth. Everyone has unique strengths, and finding your true purpose is far more important than acing a test. Success comes in many forms—you just have to find what’s right for you.
Good luck to everyone tackling finals! You’ve got this.
